The Stratford Christmas Parade is growing each year. 2007 saw a huge number of floats. Of course our was the best, even if we didn't win a prize...

Our float was themed around the 12 New Zealand days of Christmas, complete with huhu grubs, fat pigs, haka lessons, twirling poi, kumura, swimming eels, and - of course - a pukeko in a punga tree..!
